We manage aircraft deliveries, redeliveries, and operator transitions from the initial checklist through final technical acceptance. We coordinate technical, regulatory, and records requirements to keep the transition moving and reduce the risk of delays and redelivery penalties.

Our scope includes lease entry and end-of-lease requirements, maintenance checks, cabin modifications, and delivery planning. We bring these activities together under a defined work scope, schedule, and set of deliverables, with clear oversight at every stage.

Lessors, aircraft owners, passenger and cargo airlines, MROs, aviation investment funds

We manage the continuing airworthiness of your aircraft: maintenance program control, AD and SB management, reliability monitoring, maintenance planning, and liaison with the national aviation authority.

Under EASA, continuing airworthiness management is a formally approved organizational function, and we can hold it on your behalf. In the FAA environment, where that responsibility stays with the operator, we deliver the same oversight as a Shadow CAMO: an independent function running in parallel with the operator's, so lessors and owners keep real-time visibility of the asset, its records, and its compliance status throughout the lease period—not only at redelivery.

Either arrangement can be contracted on its own or combined. Our scope also covers registry transfers, export and import processes, technical regularizations, and audit support under EASA, FAA, and other national aviation authorities.

We manage the complete aircraft records package and conduct ongoing audits throughout the lease. Digital imaging and AI-assisted indexing and search make documents easier to locate, verify, and produce when needed.
Before delivery or acquisition, we review maintenance history, component records, and regulatory compliance in depth. We also perform mid-term lease inspections to identify discrepancies and nonconformities early, giving you time to address them before redelivery.

Certification is usually the step that holds a transaction up. We keep it in house.
Our FAA Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR) issues:

• Certificate of Airworthiness (Standard)
• Export Certificate of Airworthiness
• Special Airworthiness Certificate (Special Flight Permit)
• Experimental Certificate

Our Designated Engineering Representative (DER) approves the engineering data behind:

• Major repair design and data approval (FAA Form 8110-3)
• Major alterations to cabin configuration
• Major alterations to systems, avionics, and electrical

Because the designee sits inside the project team, certification is planned from the first day of the project instead of chased at the end no waiting on third-party availability while an aircraft sits on the ramp accruing cost.

Working alongside our Aircraft Transition Management service, we align maintenance programs, technical records, aircraft configuration, and regulatory requirements. We oversee the technical integration of each aircraft into the operator’s fleet and operating systems.

We technically lead every phase of the P2F conversion project under STC. From work scope design to final delivery, we ensure regulatory compliance, technical quality, and validated documentation.

Benefits: quality execution under STC, timeline and scope control, reduced risk of non-compliance, and a smoother post-conversion delivery.

We manage engine shop visits from work scope planning through final release. We define and negotiate the work scope, support shop selection, and oversee induction, teardown, and assembly on site.

As findings arise, we evaluate proposed repairs and quote increases against the agreed work scope. We coordinate parts supply and material sourcing and track turnaround time, giving you visibility into cost and schedule throughout the visit.

Our oversight includes LLP status and traceability, final invoice review, and validation of engine records and release documentation. After the shop visit, we can continue monitoring the engine under CAMO during storage, keeping preservation, inspections, and records current so the asset remains ready for installation, lease, or sale.

We also support engine removals, lease returns, acquisitions, and teardown evaluations.

We represent your technical interests on site during inspections, maintenance, deliveries, and modifications. Our services include aircraft condition evaluations, maintenance event supervision, and avionics inspections and assessments.

We also manage the project, coordinating the work scope, milestones, schedule, and deliverables across technical, maintenance, regulatory, and records activities. You receive clear reporting and independent oversight to help keep the event on schedule, within budget, and aligned with applicable requirements.
